Refund Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the Platform.

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
  • A refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant has checked and determined the same at their end. This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the product.
  • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 day of receiving the product. The customer service team will evaluate your complaint and take appropriate action.
  • For complaints regarding products with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
  • In case of refunds approved by Behale, it will take 1 day for the refund to be credited.

Return Policy

We offer returns or exchanges within the first 1 day from the date of your purchase. If 1 day has passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Only items found defective or damaged are eligible for replacement.
  • Replacement/Exchange products will be delivered within 2-3 days. 

Some categories of products may be exempt from return or refund. These will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

For accepted return/exchange requests, once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status. If approved after quality check, your return/exchange will be processed in accordance with our policies.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
  • Orders are shipped within 1 day from the date of order/payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier/postal norms.
  • The Platform Owner shall not be liable for delays caused by the courier company/postal service.
  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery of services will be confirmed via the email ID provided at registration.
  • Any shipping cost levied by the seller or Platform Owner is non-refundable.
  • Order will be delivered within 2-3 days.
